Freight/Shipping in Australia

Love And Lumiere’s preferred shipping method is via courier or Australia Post. Please provide your daytime address details for delivery and should you require any special delivery instructions (for courier delivery), please include them when checking out with Paypal. Special Instructions include: Authority to Leave, Leave at front/back door or similar. It is also helpful if you could you provide your contact number as a back up for delivery driver purposes. Depending on what state you live in and distance, your goodies may take up to 7 working days to arrive. All orders will receive tracking information via email.

Whilst the utmost love and care is taken to package, protect and send your item, once it is lodged for delivery,Love And Lumiere no longer has control over the parcel and cannot be liable for any lost or damaged items, should this occur during transit.

All products are inspected thoroughly prior to dispatch. Please take a moment to inspect your purchase upon receipt, as Love And Lumiere can only accept a return within 5 days from the original shipping date. Returns are accepted when the item is faulty only, not for change of mind. All returns must be unused, unworn, unmarked and undamaged, with original tags intact and in the same condition it was received in. Should you wish to return or exchange a product after the 5 day returns period, unfortunately an exchange or refund cannot be completed. Any return postage or freight costs is the customers responsibility.

Once your item is received and reviewed, you will be notified via email on your approval or rejection of your return or exchange. Refunds will provided via your original method of payment, and completed within 5 business days.

Due to hygiene reasons, items such as water bottles, toothpaste, deodorant, deodorant refills and eye masks cannot be exchanged.
